The Basics of the Path

The first thing we have you do. Track your daily intake, unmodified, we want a baseline of where you are today. 

Track weight, don’t be focused on the number on the scale, that can and does change up and down 5 lbs daily depending on water, sodium, stress levels, when you last ate, last used the toilet.  What we want is the average over a week, over two weeks, so we can get a real number.  Ideally, weigh yourself, same time of day, first thing in the morning.

We set your new goals, this includes a goal weight, goal level of exercise, goals for protein, fats and carbs.  This all will change as you change, these are variable based on your fitness and current weight.  But step one is set a starting point goal, and we adjust as we progress.

We develop two variations of the Inductive Scripts, one is a longer full length detailed, relaxing version.  This version you listen to the first few days, you can of course listen to it any time after, but it is designed to train your mind to get into the deepest levels of the subconscious and program it to quickly, easily get back to that level and deeper without the initial time investment.  That leads us to the second shorter version, the basics are the same, but this forgoes a long induction and deepening process, since you have already been preconditioned to enter that required state within seconds.  This second shorter version is what we suggest you listen to daily, for at least the first 3 weeks, some people enjoy the break and relaxation it provides more often, and that is fine as well.  This is designed to give you the full benefits and reinforcements needed in a shorter time frame, often 5-10 minutes at most, to more easily fit a busy schedule.  This is more than enough to get full effect because you have been conditioned by the longer intial version.  You can always listen to the initial version for a longer session, as many find it very relaxing and destressing, but the need for a lengthy time commitment is not necessary.  

From here, you have a new nutrition plan that meets the goals you put fourth, be it fat loss, muscle gains, overall health and wellness, and that will be easy to follow and maintain because of the new mental programming you are receiving. 

Additionally, you will have a basic fitness  program, and this too will be easy to follow and maintain consistency, because of the mental programming you are receiving.  This will likely include a combination of strength and resistence training, and heart healthy cardio focused work, which can be as simple as taking a few short walks, to long incline treadmill work, to the opposite end of HITT Cardio, but it will all be designed around you, your current level and will be easy to follow and maintain consistency.  As your results grow, your plans will also adjust, this is an ongoing process and we will not only design the perfect plans for your individual needs, but also teach you how to evaluate your plans, your needs, and adjust as needed.  We want to empower you to be able to succeed not just follow a regiment.
